2. Cash on Delivery Payment Method
- Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds will not be processed to a bank account or through other payment methods.
- In the case of a return or refund, you may be entitled to an exchange or store credit for future purchases if the product is defective or damaged.

- Exchange it for the same item or a similar product of equal value.
- Store credit will be issued if an exchange is not possible.
